Ken has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1998, and focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the electrical and mechanical fields. He has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, including reexamination and reissue applications, and preparing infringement and validity opinions. Ken also counsels international and domestic clients on all aspects of patent law.

- RF systems
Prior to joining Wenderoth, Ken spent four years as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Technology Center 2100 (Computer Architecture, Software & Information Security). Ken also worked as a design engineer for a major defense contractor in which he was responsible for the design of RF integrated circuits.
