With over 15 years of patent prosecution experience, David Ovedovitz has spent his entire legal career at Wenderoth. David’s primary focus is on preparing and prosecuting applications in electrical and mechanical technologies on behalf of domestic and foreign clients. David also provides opinions and strategic guidance on infringement and non-infringement of U.S. patents, as well as counsels international and domestic clients on all aspects of patent law.
