Wenderoth Presents at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers’ Annual Conference

On October 30, 2017, Peter Jay of Wenderoth gave a presentation about proactively preparing experimental data in chemical patent applications at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers’ (AIChE) annual conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Jay discussed typical scenarios in chemical patent practice where experimental evidence could have been included in an original application to avoid later problems in prosecution.
