Carly Lynch’s practice encompasses a wide range of technologies including:

Prior to joining Wenderoth, Carly worked in private practice counseling, drafting and prosecuting patent applications before working in-house with a German industrial manufacturing company where she managed a patent portfolio while preparing and prosecuting patent applications nationally and internationally.
Prior to her legal career, Carly was employed as a systems engineer with an automation systems company, where she developed, validated and implemented automation of manufacturing processes within power, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Additionally, Carly has collaborated with local companies in Youth Energy Academy – providing energy industry career awareness to high school students in underserved communities.
When not practicing law, Carly enjoys traveling, sports, music, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
